Sävjo Plastic AB launches a brand-new snus can with interconnected parts
We introduce a patented connect-all snus can that reduces the risk that various parts end up separately in nature and in line with goals of the EU Single-Use Plastics Directive. Can, lid and disposable lid are interconnected. A design that has several positive effects from an environmental and sustainability perspective.

New machine cells and increased capacity in 2023
We are increasing our capacity with one 220 ton JSW and 280 ton JSW machines. They are expected to be in place and in production during the spring of 2023.

Our Sävsjö and Bodafors units house over 7000 square metres of production and storage space, with 27 different machine cells.

The jury emphasizes the company's innovative operations, which are at the forefront of environmentally friendly alternatives. Through their efforts, they have a climate-neutral production in the production of their products, the jury writes further in their decision.

In autumn 2020 we acquired an electric vehicle, enabling us to travel sustainably between our production units. We invest in energy and aim to be at the forefront of a fossil-free future.
